The Story

Some loaves are for show. This one's for the people you actually like. Cinnamon Swirl has been in the lineup almost from the start, and it earned its spot the honest way: by disappearing fast. The sourdough tang keeps it from tipping into dessert territory, while the cinnamon sugar swirl does what cinnamon sugar swirls do best. Each loaf gets rolled and shaped by hand in Lizz's Collierville kitchen, baked Friday and Saturday, and handed over at Sunday pickup still smelling like a holiday morning. Fair warning from experience: if you plan to make French toast on Monday, hide the loaf on Sunday. And if it never makes it to Monday? That tracks. Sweet, tangy, zero boring — exactly how we like it.
