The Story
Lizz wanted a loaf for the sourdough-skeptics — the people who think tangy means too much. Honey Oat is the peace offering. Real honey goes into the dough, rolled oats go onto the crust, and the house starter does the slow-rise heavy lifting underneath it all. The result lands somewhere between breakfast bread and dessert you can justify before noon. It gets baked in small batches Friday and Saturday alongside the rest of the lineup, and it has quietly become the loaf Collierville kids fight over at the breakfast table.
