These were one of the first things Lizz ever sold, and they've never left the menu. Customers wouldn't allow it. The recipe started as a let's-see-what-happens experiment with sourdough discard and a serious cocoa habit — it ended up the bake everyone asks about by name. Each batch is mixed small in her Collierville kitchen, given time to develop that signature dome, and baked fresh Friday and Saturday. No mixes, no shortcuts, no mystery ingredients.
